At PRM, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and serial numbers intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your PRM account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and warranty cards, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
