What is the standard shipping time for my order?
We offer standard shipping within 3-5 business days and express shipping within 1-2 business days. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do PRM products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all electronics sold on PRM come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects. Extended protection plans are also available at checkout.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. For opened electronics, the product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging included to be eligible for a full refund.
Are the devices sold on PRM brand new or refurbished?
We primarily sell brand new, factory-sealed products. If an item is refurbished, it will be clearly labeled as 'Certified Refurbished' and will have passed a rigorous 50-point inspection.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, and financing options through Klarna and Affirm for eligible purchases.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also track your status directly through the 'My Orders' section in your PRM account.
